What individuals have influenced you most and how?
My Mom- gave hope, support, encouragement, and envisioned me for the future; The late Dr. Francis Schaeffer-helped me see the Biblical basis for engaging the culture and that there are some issues worth sacrificing your life for; Ken Connor-has been a mentor and an example to me for years. He taught me how to put principle before profits and politics and how to communicate truth with grace.

What is your favorite verse of scripture?
Paul is describing the nature and character of God when he says in Romans 3:16 "Behold the Kindness and the Severity of our Lord..."

What is your favorite hymn?
Some of the most beautiful and powerful words ever penned are found in the hymn: Alas! and Did My Savior Bleed with original verse lyrics by Isaac Watts, 1674-1748, Music and Chorus redone by Bob Kauflin in 1997.

What is your favorite food?
I am a self proclaimed Buffalo Wing Connoisseur - the hotter the better.

What was the best book you have read - what book would you recommend?
Other than scripture, A Christian Manifesto by Dr. Francis Schaeffer will rock your thinking about life, truth and commitment --as it did mine and thousands of others. This book changed my life forever.
