Pecan Pie
We are sharing this recipe in honor of our good friend Ron McLemore…let there be pie!

3 slightly beaten eggs
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup light Karo Syrup
1 cup pecans, whole or chopped
1 tablespoon melted butter
Pinch salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
Unbaked pie shell

Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie shell. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, then 350° until golden brown, check in 23-30 minutes. If not done, bake another 10 minutes.
